I provided the framework and language for the creation of a "Guide for Giving and Getting Involved" for new parents, with the goal of increasing early engagement in the school. I also oversaw prospect research on selected new families. I provided language that would enhance conversations with those families for early leadership giving. I provide ongoing consulting to build a major gifts program.
I conducted a feasibility study to test the viability of a proposed $3 million campaign. I developed the case statement and interview questions for use in the interviews. I prepared a report with recommendations, which I presented to the Board of Trustees.
I am now working closely with school and board leadership to build and launch a major gift program as part of its 40th anniversary.
