Burke’s School is an independent day school in San Francisco CA, serving girls in kindergarten through 8th grade.
In the fall of 2023, I was retained to conduct a training session for the school’s Board of Trustees at their retreat. The session had two parts:
The first was to identify ways that trustees can be valuable contributors in the cultivation and stewardship of families.
The second part was an exploration of a few prompts that can lead to deeper, more meaningful conversations.
