I’ve been working with Cow Hollow School since spring 2019 to help them prepare for a capital campaign that will enable them to move locations, grow to a full-day program, and expand access to a more diverse student body. I started with an audit of their advancement program -- from admission, to messaging, to fundraising, and to their Board of Trustees.
Many of my recommendations have been implemented: such as the migration to a true development database and their first foray into prospect research.
Happily, I continue to work with Cow Hollow and its capital campaign steering committee as we launch their Opening Doors Campaign. We are deep in the quiet phase and have just created the case materials for conversations with top donor prospects. I have trained their volunteer solicitors and am coaching them and school leadership as they begin this critical leadership phase.
Barbara's expertise, insight, and ability to read what our school needs to move forward with our strategic plan and capital campaign, as well as advice about what might be holding us back, was beyond helpful. It was illuminating and spot-on at every turn.
