Our Work at Crofton House School
Crofton House School is a K-12 independent school for girls in Vancouver, British Columbia. I was retained in January 2023 to develop a strategic plan for the school's advancement program.

Crofton House was celebrating 125 years of providing outstanding education to girls from pre-school to 12th grade. The school was looking to better engage with families and alumnae to fulfill the promise of their new school strategic plan.
Our work is due to conclude with the adoption of our strategic plan for advancement by their Board in October 2023.
