Convent of the Sacred Heart is a Catholic girl’s school, serving 720 students from PreK-12th grade on New York’s Upper East Side. New Head of School Kate Adams retained my services to conduct an appraisal of their advancement program so she could make better strategic decisions about the program structure and its strategies.

The result was a new organizational chart for advancement along with an extensive set of strategies designed to significantly grow its giving programs.
