California’s oldest independent day and boarding school, San Domenico School serves 680 students from K-12. I was retained in the spring of 2024 to conduct an appraisal of the school's advancement program and assess the school’s readiness for a future capital campaign, as it prepares to celebrate its 175th anniversary in 2025.
Straddling the final months of an Interim Head’s year and the arrival of the new Head of School, I worked with a large group of administrators and key volunteers to build some strategies for preparation and growth at this auspicious moment.
