Menlo School is a private college preparatory school in Atherton, California. The school comprises a middle school, grades 6–8, with approximately 230 students and a high school, grades 9–12, with about 600 students.

In November 2025, I was retained by the Head at Menlo School to conduct an appraisal of their advancement program.

This beautiful school enjoys deep and wide support from their community in every way – volunteerism and philanthropy.

My task is to find ways to optimize what they are already doing well. I’m honored to be working with such a power institution with such kind people.
